RERODE RX: the new 35 kW electric motorcycle unveiled at CIMAMotor

RERODE shifts into a higher gear. Unveiled as a world premiere under the lights of CIMAMotor 2026 in Chongqing, the all-new RERODE RX redefines the electric off-road experience. With 35 kW of peak power, 790 N·m of wheel torque and a true 21″/18″ enduro layout, the RX stands as a serious rival to combustion motocross bikes.

A world premiere at CIMAMotor 2026

It was in the electric atmosphere of the Chongqing show that RERODE displayed the final version of its RX for the first time. Perched on its paddock stand in front of the brand’s illuminated arch, the model caught the eye of every enduro and motocross enthusiast.

After the success of its lightweight models (R1, R1+ and R1+S ranges), the RX directly answers the expectations of demanding riders: a true trail and track machine, with a rigid chassis and a powertrain that delivers instantly without ever fading.

35 kW peak: a new power benchmark

The RERODE RX packs a mid-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with “Hairpin” winding, driven by a latest-generation FOC vector controller:

• Maximum power: 35 kW (47 hp) for explosive, crisp acceleration.
• Wheel torque: 790 N·m available instantly to power out of ruts and technical climbs.
• Top speed: 125 km/h on track and open terrain.

Forged chassis & 21/18 enduro geometry

Far from an oversized e-bike, the RX is built to the dimensions and standards of a genuine enduro motorcycle:

• 21″ front / 18″ rear wheel combo: fitted with knobby CST tyres for flawless grip in ruts and rocks.
• Forged aluminium chassis: maximum rigidity and precise handling with total weight kept to 102 kg.
• 317 mm of ground clearance: 910 mm seat height and 1,400 mm wheelbase built to clear major obstacles.
• RFloXa suspension: 260 mm of front travel and a 550 LBS rear shock on a progressive linkage.

Removable 97 V battery and RC7 electronics

For back-to-back sessions, the RX gets a removable high-capacity 97 V, 45 Ah battery pack with Samsung 50S (21700) cells. Rated IP67, it delivers up to 120 km of range (at 50 km/h) and recharges in about 4.5 hours.

The RC7 system lets you personalise the ride through the 4″ TFT display or the RERODE mobile app: 7 dedicated modes (Eco, Sport, Sport+, Track, Crawl, Reverse, Park) and fine regenerative-braking adjustment.

The RERODE RX is announced at €6,990 incl. VAT on RERODE Europe in its off-road version (restricted to closed circuits and private land). Reservations are officially open to secure the first deliveries of the European allocation.
